Commercial Grade Materials
American Van shelving systems are constructed of the highest commercial grade materials designed to withstand the most rugged road conditions. Our steel shelving systems are constructed of rugged heavy duty 18-gauge steel constructed to support heavy duty storage requirements. All aluminum shelving units are constructed with .100 3003 H14 Aluminum and engineered to support load capacities comparable to steel shelving systems. Our shelving units are designed to support your workload capacities and will not develop stress cracks due to heavy duty storage requirements and exposure to extreme weather conditions
State of the Art Manufacturing Techniques
American Van Equipment manufactures and produces 100% of our shelving systems in Lakewood, New Jersey. We use state of the art manufacturing techniques with high-speed bending machines to shape the contours of shelving units for precision upfitting into your van. High skilled labor technicians utilize exacting hand welding techniques in joining shelving components together insuring a strong uniform fit. These shelving systems will not develop stress cracks under the weight of heavy-duty storage requirements and extreme weather conditions.
Powder Coat Finishing
Durable powder coat finishes are applied to the shelving units on a modern state of the art powder coating system. Flow rates are evenly controlled to insure complete coverage on the shelving unit. These finishes are guaranteed to last the life of the vehicle upfitted with American van shelving systems.
