Our steel cross supports are 14 gauge steel protected by an amazingly rugged, high gloss powder coat finish electronically then fused with heat to resist rust, corrosion and chipping. Your load will be supported by our heavy duty cast aluminum uprights.
Our steel cross support ladder rack will easily support up to 850 lbs. -- distributed evenly on the ladder rack.
These uprights clamp firmly onto drip rails with a drip rail clamp assembly. This assembly features a stainless steel eyebolt that can be used for securing tie-downs to the ladder rack.
This drill-free method makes it easy to remove or transfer your ladder rack to another van if necessary. Includes ladder stops which adjust on the width of the cross supports.
Please specify year, make and model of vehicle when ordering. It may be necessary to shorten cross supports on some vans due to new aerodynamic contour roof designs.
Occasionally, due to changes in aerodynamics caused by the installation of ladder racks on a van, some vibration may occur. This can happen with any ladder rack and is not predictable. If you experience this problem, order our air foil to help eliminate the vibration. Air foils are available in steel and aluminum.
