Turn the handle to release the ladder lock, the ladder pivots down to the side of the van where it can then be easily removed. Extra wide ladder platforms and 4-way adjustable rail saddles insure a tight, secure ladder fit.
Smooth, easy operation is provided with stainless steel axles and rollers on each ladder platform. A gravity latch holds the fold-away handle that can be locked in place with padlock (not supplied) to protect against ladder theft.
Using heavier ladders or loads? Then, add the optional Hydraulic Assist. This exclusive hydraulic cylinder provides a smooth, controlled downward motion when lowering your ladder and has a one-way flow design that prevents resistance when returning the ladder to the stored position.
The components of this steel rack are zinc plated and then finished with white polyester-epoxy powder coat for years of durable good looks. Supplied hardware is cadmium plated for superior rust protection.
